Summary: In this big, potentially universe-ending but definitely universe-changing finale, the Young Avengers have to fight… Their ex’s? With some heartbreak and mischief culminating in the end of this series, we learn more about these teenagers and even more about kid Loki. As you might guess, the universe ends up fine. The question isn’t “Is it safe?” but rather “How do they save it?” And how they save it is a whopper. And when they save it, there’s a party in it for them.

Review: I honestly did not expect this ending. Although, I think my subconscious did. I’m not going to spoil it, don’t worry! The ending of this series was fantastic and the party at the end shows a depth to a lot of the characters that we wouldn’t have without the party scene. Plus, there’s a bunch of Marvel teens visiting this party, including a rainbow-looking girl that I wanted to know more about, so my friend got me the Runaways volume for my birthday! (He was the one answering my questions about her. I wanted to knoooow.)

Recommendation: I recommend this volume as much as I recommend the previous, but you definitely need to read the earlier ones before you read this one or you’ll be very confused. And the ending will be spoiled.
